Spring Renewal

Join Whitney, Jennifer and Brittany for this workshop to spring into wellness with a focus on cleaning and detoxifying your body and home. As the shifting of seasons encourages us to “spring clean” we want to help you get rid of the “cobwebs" in the body, pantry and home cleaners. We will explore yoga techniques, key nutrition and home products that will help your body overcome the constant burden of common toxins found in our everyday living.

 In this workshop we will start with a  yoga flow that encourages proper digestion, assimilation and elimination. Then you will learn about functional nutrition to help your bodies natural detoxification process and enjoy some samples and receive recipes. Finally we will talk about the hidden toxins commonly found in cleaning supplies and enjoy the  fun, yet simple, hands on processes of making natural and effective home cleaners for you to take home.

Who we are:

Brittany Shintaku- is the owner of Gather & Bloom, an event designer that is passionate about health and wellness and bringing unique experiences to educate, empower, and build community. I have been on a wellness journey to rid our home of toxic products for 7+ years and have never looked back. My hope is to share this love for wellness and bring like minded people together.   I have been dreaming up wellness retreats for many many years and I am so excited to be working with this team to bring you an incredible event that will set the tone for the year.

Jennifer McCalib- is an integrative and functional nutritionist, holistic chef and 200 hr. Certified yoga instructor. She works with her clients with a holistic approach to help them attain more optimal wellness.  Not only does she use functional foods, nutrients and supplements to support better functionality of the body. She also engages in  techniques to help rewire patterned thoughts and behaviors and uses trauma informed practices that connect clients back into their bodies so they can sustain lifestyle change.  She is passionate about encouraging collective healing in the community and is excited to help guide us towards intentions for the new year.  

 

Whitney Roginski-is the co-founder and owner of The Yoga Collective. Whitney is a forever student, she is 200hr Integrated Yoga Therapy and 300hr Vinyasa Yoga certified. She has been a student of yoga for over 20 years. In class she weaves breath work, meditation, mudras and unique movements so no class is ever the same. She embraces the underlying idea of honoring each student's individual and ever changing needs while inspiring their personal power and growth. Whitney is sweet and nurturing and here to help you reach your full potential.
